At Kotto Living, every piece is handled with the same care and intention with which it was made. We ship exclusively within Australia and take extra precautions to ensure your ceramics and antiques arrive safely.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate standard shipping based on your order value:

For larger or heavier orders, carrier-calculated rates via Australia Post MyPost Business may apply at checkout. These rates are calculated in real time based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
Estimated Delivery Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, please allow 3–7 business days for delivery across Australia. Remote and regional areas may require additional time.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Packaging & Handling
Each item is individually wrapped in archival tissue and cushioned with protective foam or bubble wrap before being placed in a double-walled cardboard box. Fragile pieces receive additional internal bracing to prevent movement in transit. We do not rush this process — careful packaging is part of our commitment to you.
Insurance
All orders are dispatched with standard Australia Post cover. For high-value items, we strongly recommend contacting us prior to purchase to discuss additional insurance options. Please reach out at [your contact email] if you have any concerns.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available from our studio at:
15 Cochranes Road, Moorabbin, Victoria 3189
Please contact us to arrange a suitable pickup time before placing your order. Select Local Pickup at checkout — no shipping fee applies.
Damage Reporting
All sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and item. We will assess each case individually and work with you to find a fair resolution.
